I love to set intentions with my drum meditations, but I left this one open for you!  You are welcome to set a healing intention (or any intention!) for the frequencies or simply allow them to move through you and go where they need to go.  Enjoy!

Gratitude

This track was recorded during a Gratitude Circle and Drum Meditation event in November 2022.  In celebration of the recent holiday, I took an evening to honor all that so many of us have to be grateful for in our lives and to allow the frequencies of gratitude to permeate our being.  What are you grateful for you in your life right now?  You may reflect on this energy as it shows up for you - or whatever calls to you in the moment!

Gratitude Part Two

This is a second drum meditation from the Gratitude Circle.  The didgeridoo played by my friend brings in a beautiful grounding element and we give thanks for Mother Earth and all of the bounty in our lives.

Endings and Beginnings

In honor of 2022 coming to a close and welcoming in the fresh new energies of 2023, I set intention to release the spent energies of the previous year and call in energies for the new year.  What are you ready to release?  What are you ready to call in?  This meditation is excellent for honoring the cycles of endings and beginnings.  As always though, use it as it calls to you!

Healing the Land

This meditation was recorded at Cape Perpetua on the Oregon Coast.  The intention set was to clear any negative energy from the land and open to greater love and light flooding the area and all the people of the land.  The sound of the ocean in the background lends an especially cleansing frequency.  Super powerful healing energy!

Track Six

A Message from the Land

Performed at Elk River, near Bandon on the Oregon Coast.  As always, I set the intention to clear any negative energy from the area.  An interesting message came through during the drumming though - the land let me know that she was most affected by the aggressive way in which roads and bridges were created on her.  They were not created with a reverence towards her and with respect for her - and that was the energy she needed cleared.  That was extremely insightful for me.  Thank you for this important wisdom and understanding Mother Earth!  I will continue to hold this awareness.  FYI - that is the gorgeous river you hear in the background!
