After Care

These energy sessions can be a bit intense and much more so that one might expect.  It is best to not have anything planned for the rest of the day on days you schedule a session.  If possible, even having the next day clear and free from responsibilities can be ideal and very supportive of your healing process.  It might not seem like so much is happening, but cleansing and clearing debris from your energy body can seriously alter your experience of being in the world and can be a bit jarring - which is ultimately a great thing, but it can take a day or two to adjust.  You might experience fatigue, exhaustion, euphoria, lightness and ease in the body, strange dreams, hunger, thirst, intense emotions, and even flu-like symptoms if the detox process is heavy.  I highly recommend the following:*

After Care for Your Session

Take Care and Relax

Chamomile, rose quartz, epsom salt bath...ahhhh
  • Drink lots of water
  • Eat warm and nourishing foods
  • Get plenty of rest
  • Take it easy
  • Journal about your experience
  • Keep a dream journal over the next few nights
  • Epsom salt baths
  • Get out into nature
  • Meditate
  • Spend quiet time alone or with a caring friend
