Growing up in our hyper-masculine, capitalistic, dogmatic religion-based society has caused great dysfunction in our authentic expression. The implications are complex and extremely challenging. Men are especially challenged in regard to being in touch with and expressing their emotions in a healthy way - repressing them has seriously cut them off from their hearts and their ability to fully give and receive love. The shortage of healthy male role models has taken a toll.
So many of us have inherited and embodied a great many unhealthy belief systems that keep us from living a full, rich, fulfilling life. Instead of being strong in our sense of self and feeling good about our natural desires and unique personalities, we experience much shame and confusion. We live in great fear about not getting or having enough, afraid to show and be who we truly are, completely devoid of any spiritual connection or understanding of ourselves and our place in this Universe – with extremely limited support to even embark on that journey towards our authentic selves.
We try desperately to be who we are told to be, maintaining relationships we are supposed to want, performing in jobs and careers that are supposed to be satisfying, shut off from our spirituality because what has been offered to us and forced upon us are dogmatic belief systems that condemn us for our very existence. Yikes. It is no wonder we feel cut off, alone, empty, fearful, lost, and wondering what went wrong and what is wrong with us.
We have been deeply cutoff from our power and vitality, from our healthy sexual expression and life force energy, our creativity, our truth, and from being strong in our voice. This affects us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We are in need of serious support to return to our authentic selves, strong in our power, strong in our truth.
My sessions and programs seek to restore you to balance so that you can have a healthier, more integrated experience of your sacred masculine power, your human body, your sexuality, and your spirituality.

Some traumatic experiences are so upsetting to our entire psyche that, in an attempt to cope, parts of our soul disconnect and get stuck in time, stuck in the traumatic experience. This is a self-defense mechanism that allows us to survive the traumatic situation, but, ultimately, makes it challenging to heal and move forward into wholeness, love, and light. This fragmentation can leave holes in our aura and in our energy body, leaving us more vulnerable to unhealthy influences and energies.
We can also take in the unhealthy, traumatic energies of the experience and of our perpetrator, which can cause serious repercussions and imbalances to our entire system - body, mind and spirit. Until we are able to collect back our soul parts and clear the unhealthy trauma energies and emotions of fear, terror, rage, anger, anxiety, and sorrow, healing can be especially difficult. This soul retrieval session goes back in time to collect your fragment soul parts, heal them, then integrate them back into your energy body. Being an empowered man and honoring your true authentic self can be challenging in this current society. If you have read my Philosophy page, you will know that I am quite passionate about dismantling old, out-dated ideas we carry about our spirituality and human bodies. I believe we would all benefit from some deeper exploration of unhealthy belief systems that many of us have embodied. It can be so beneficial to have support as we navigate our journey towards wholeness.
I am grateful for the opportunity to support your process, offer guidance and suggestions if asked, and, most importantly, simply hold space for you to share and discuss in a safe, judgment free conversation. I currently hold three degrees in social sciences, so am quite skilled in listening and being open to different perspectives. It is amazing what happens when we are able to share freely from our hearts with another being who is not emotionally invested in our process - we hear what we need to hear from ourselves and discover our own truths and powerful wisdom that lies within.
