Growing up in our patriarchal world has caused great dysfunction in our authentic expression as women. The implications are complex and extremely challenging. There are so many ways that our healthy, authentic sacred feminine expression gets blocked, stagnant, unhealthy, stuck, and all gunked up with guilt, shame, confusion, and all the other issues that come from growing up in a Christian-based society that shuns the human body, shames and perverts women, and disconnects us from the material world - the Earth, our bodies, and our experience of anything physical and pleasurable.
We have been deeply cutoff from our power and vitality, from our healthy sexual expression and life force energy, our creativity, our truth, and from being strong in our voice. This affects us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We are in need of serious healing and support to return to our authentic selves, strong in our Divine Feminine power, strong in our truth.
The most powerful way to do this is to work with our energy body to release the pain, trauma, and repression that we carry - that is indeed the foundation of our existence due to the intergenerational trauma that runs through our very DNA. We must get beyond the story and blame of our trauma and work with it at an energetic level. Powerful healing is possible when we clear the fearful, traumatic energy, then heal and rebalance our chakras.
My sessions seek to restore you to balance so that you can have a healthier, more integrated experience of your sacred feminine power, your human body, your sexuality, and your spirituality. I utilize energy healing, crystal therapy, magick, Reiki, sound therapy and other modalities to support the clearing of negative energies, then supports healthy functioning by rebalancing and restoring our chakras to optimal wellness. SOUL RETRIEVAL

Some traumatic experiences are so upsetting to our entire psyche that, in an attempt to cope, parts of our soul disconnect and get stuck in time, stuck in the traumatic experience. This is a self-defense mechanism that allows us to survive the traumatic situation, but, ultimately, makes it challenging to heal and move forward into wholeness, love, and light. This fragmentation can leave holes in our aura and in our energy body, leaving us more vulnerable to unhealthy influences and energies. We can also take in the unhealthy, traumatic energies of the experience and of our perpetrator, which can cause serious repercussions and imbalances to our entire system - body, mind and spirit. Until we are able to collect back our soul parts and clear the unhealthy trauma energies and emotions of fear, terror, rage, anger, anxiety, and sorrow, healing can be especially difficult. This soul retrieval session goes back in time to collect your fragment soul parts, heal them, then integrate them back into your energy body. Being empowered women and honoring our true authentic selves is challenging to say the least. If you have read my Philosophy page, you will know that I am quite passionate about dismantling old, out-dated ideas we carry about our spirituality and female bodies. I believe we would all benefit from some deeper exploration of unhealthy belief systems that many of us have embodied. It can be so beneficial to have support as we navigate our journey towards wholeness. I am especially inspired to clear inherited trauma and unconscious grief that we are all carrying due to these traumas. It profoundly affects our experience of the world and our connection to Source.
